From Local to Global Opportunities
Atena Alizai, from Kabul, Afghanistan, has been learning English through ABAAD’s EAGT Initiative since 2025. She joined the program with a clear goal: to strengthen her English skills and gain a credible certificate that could help her access international opportunities. Through her dedication, she completed several levels and received official certificates that significantly increased her chances of joining global initiatives, including an eight week international program where she connected with students from different countries. Before joining, Atena struggled to prove her English proficiency, which limited her ability to participate in international programs. Through the EAGT courses, she experienced effective lessons, structured learning, and continuous practice that helped her improve step by step. The guidance she received allowed her to communicate more naturally, actively participate in discussions, and collaborate with others with confidence. “EAGT courses didn’t just teach me English, it gave me the skills and confidence to connect with the world and seize opportunities I never thought possible,” Atena shares. Her journey demonstrates how structured support and continuous practice can transform learning into real world opportunities for academic, personal, and professional growth.
