Humanitarian Assistance & Human Rights through the Lens of Islam

Since its founding in 2021, ABAAD has been deeply committed to the principles of compassion, charity, and support for those in need—values that align with the teachings of Islam. ABAAD works to alleviate the severe economic hardships faced by Afghan families, providing dozens of families with food, cash assistance, children’s supplies, health packages, and essential support for Afghan women. Our recent distribution, for example, included 17 essential food items, such as flour, rice, cooking oil, and tea, along with health essentials and children’s care packages containing clothing, blankets, baby products, and other necessities.

ABAAD recognizes the profound challenges faced by Afghan women, particularly those affected by domestic violence and limited access to education, healthcare, and employment. Our work is driven by a commitment to human rights, advocating for dignity, safety, and opportunity for all Afghan women and their families.

Guided by Islamic values, ABAAD’s vision for the future is to expand this humanitarian assistance to reach hundreds more families. Through sustainable support programs and partnerships, we aim to empower Afghan women to become community leaders, rebuild their lives, and support their families. By providing pathways to education, employment, and healthcare, ABAAD is fostering resilience and independence—contributing to a future where Afghan women and their families can thrive.
